We scheduled annual chassis maintenance at a local RV Service Center. We will be heading to the Tiffin Manufacturer in Red Bay Alabama, where our coach was built, for an overall check from a maintenance perspective. We did not want to risk driving from MA to AL without annual chassis maintenance, as the coach had not been fully exercised (only short trips to run the Diesel engine and generator) by the original owner.
They were holding seminars the day we were at the service center. We even won a raffle prize while we were waiting for our coach to be serviced. In September we continued to chip away at our departure checklist.
We visited and messaged with more friends and family before we headed south. One last drink the night before we left.
